New Sigma Nu Breaks Ground
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — On Wednesday, April 5, the Gamma Upsilon chapter of Sigma Nu fraternity will break ground to mark the beginning of its new on-campus housing facility. This project is slated for completion in mid-summer 2007. Chartered in 1904, Sigma Nu left campus in 2000, and returned in 2004 with a renewed focus on scholarship, leadership and community service. More than $3.1 million in private gifts were raised through a new program developed by the U of A to provide quality on-campus housing for interested Greek organizations.
