Purchasing/Supply Chain Conference to Be Held on UA Campus

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Supply Chain Management Research Center in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas is partnering with the Arkansas chapter of the National Association of Purchasing Management to host the Ozarks Regional Purchasing and Supply Management Conference.

WHEN: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. -- Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 1-2, 2005 (see conference agenda on the Web, address below.)

WHERE: The Inn at Carnall Hall, University of Arkansas campus (parking in Harmon Parking Garage)

The conference agenda is designed for managers responsible for procurement/purchasing management and operations, supply chain management, strategic sourcing and purchasing, materials and services management, distribution management, and services contracting.
