SEC Indefinitely Postpones All Athletic Events

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southeastern Conference joins all other major sporting entities in the nation in postponing all athletic events including football games scheduled for September 15.

As a result, the University of Arkansas' football game with the University of North Texas has been postponed.

The Conference continues to believe this country must begin the healing process following the horrendous events of this past week and will evaluate all future scheduling at an appropriate time.

The Southeastern Conference reaffirms its commitment $1,000,000 to the funds that will assist the victims of this event.

No make up dates have been set at this time.
