UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS WRITERS BOAST WINTER PUBLICATIONS

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Over the past six months, faculty and students in the University of Arkansas programs in creative writing have produced numerous publications, from poetry to fiction, essays and translations.

"The UA creative writing program ranks among the best in the nation, and nowhere is that more evident than in the work of our faculty and students," said Robert Brinkmeyer, chair of the English department. "The quality of their writing and the devotion they show to their craft is an inspiration. They set the standard that has kept this program on top."

Fans of Arkansas talent will find works from UA writers at bookstores, in literary journals and on the Web. The following compendium lists their most recent publications.
