One Man Show Explores Life and Times of Paul Robeson

Actor and comedian Stogie Kenyatta will perform his acclaimed one-man show, The World is My Home-The Life and Times of Paul Robeson, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, in the University of Arkansas Union Theatre.

The event is free and open to the public and sponsored by the U of A Multicultural Center.

Paul Robeson, an actor, scholar, singer, athlete and activist, has been called America’s first Black renaissance man. Stogie Kenyatta portrays 10 characters, ages from 5 years old to 70, and uses comedy, music, drama and brilliant story-telling to bring this passionate, inspirational and tragic man to life on the stage.
