University of Arkansas Students Compared in National Survey

In 2010, the University of Arkansas participated in the Educause Center for Applied Research Study of Undergraduate Students and Information Technology.

This annual study seeks to learn what types and at what skill level technologies are being used by students. Other topics include students' perceptions of the advantages and values in using technology, how students experience IT in the classroom, and what obstacles students face in their use of technology.

The University of Arkansas' results were compared with those of 100 four-year institutions and 27 community colleges. See the results online at http://its.uark.edu/2010_ECAR_Survey_Results.pdf.
