Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace Workshop
Judith Neal, director of the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace, will be giving a two-hour workshop at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 12, in the Arkansas Union, Room 507-508.
This workshop will provide an overview of the emerging field of Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace and of the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace at the University of Arkansas.
Participants will have the opportunity to examine their own relationship to the ideas of faith and spirituality and to explore their relevance to the workplace. Information will be provided on the EEOC guidelines on religion in the workplace, and case examples of organizations that are faith and spirituality friendly will be provided.
This session will be highly interactive with a focus on creating a safe place for diverse worldviews and opinions. All university faculty and staff are invited to attend.
