Introducing 'AskHR' for Members of Campus Community

Human Resources is implementing a new case management system, AskHR that is designed to help the office communicate directly with its customers while tracking and managing their requests.

If you have an HR-related question, you simply access AskHR, complete the fields and select a category. Once you hit the submit button you will be asked to log on with your UARK username and password. Your inquiry will then be routed to the appropriate person for the category you selected.

Staff members will strive to reply to inquiries as soon as possible within one business day. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback on our service when your case is closed.

The data provided through this automated system will help the office identify areas where it may need to improve communication or training.

You may access the AskHR system through Human Resources home page or by bookmarking this link: https://askhr.uark.edu/

If you have difficulties accessing the site, please contact Nathan Smith at 575-6260.
