Trouble Sleeping? Psychological Clinic Is Offering Six-Week Treatment for Insomnia

The Psychological Clinic at the University of Arkansas is offering a six-week group treatment for insomnia.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) may be of interest to you if you are having any of the following problems:

  • Difficulties falling asleep
  • Difficulties staying asleep
  • Restless or unsatisfying sleep
  • Trouble turning your mind off at night

The group will meet on Monday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30 beginning on Sept. 26. The total fee for the group will be $30, which will include pre- and post- assessments as well as all group sessions.
