ASG Joplin Relief Volunteer Trip Applications Availble

The Associated Student Government is sponsoring a Joplin Relief Volunteer Trip in coordination with AmeriCorps Disaster Relief Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011. The trip, including travel time, should last from approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students who are interested should complete an ASG application and the Joplin volunteer waiver and return it to the Office of Student Activities by noon on Friday, Oct. 14 at noon. All students are welcome to participate in this volunteer effort.

Participants will be notified by email in the week of Oct. 10 about specific details including transportation, an itinerary, and what to bring on the trip.

Any questions should be referred to ASG director of service outreach, Laura Weiderhaft.
