Fayetteville Lawyer to Discuss Capital Murder Defense and Death Penalty
Raymond Niblock
Raymond Niblock, a 1994 graduate of the School of Law, will discuss the challenges in defending a client charged with capital murder at noon Wednesday, Oct. 26, in room 339 of Leflar Law Center. The talk, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
Niblock, a partner in the Niblock Law Firm, also will speak to legal issues regarding the use of the death penalty and special concerns regarding jury trials where the death penalty is a sentencing option for the jury to consider. He has more than 15 years of trial experience and has recently been involved in several high profile capital murder trials.
