New officers have been elected. 

402.1 - Background Checks and Substance Abuse Testing

The changes are that the positions of chancellor, vice chancellors, deans, vice provosts and associate vice chancellors will require full background checks: criminal, sex offender, financial and substance abuse. The fiscal officer positions for each unit will require criminal, sex offender and financial checks. These changes do not apply to incumbents or to positions that are currently posted, but will apply to any new position openings.
