Student in German and Hospitality Programs Accepted for Internship at Medieval European Hotel

Hannah Baker, a University of Arkansas student majoring hospitality and minoring in German.

Hannah Baker, hospitality major and German minor, has been accepted for a five-month internship at the historic Steinhäuser Hotel in Neustadt, Germany.

The Gothic main building of the hotel goes back to 1276, and the gatehouse dates to 1570. Baker will work in both the hotel and the on-site restaurant, and she will be able to make good use of the German language skills she acquired during her previous study abroad experience in Holzkirchen, Germany.
