Lizabeth Henley

Lizabeth Henley was appointed to the Arkansas Nurses Association Board of Directors in the recent graduate position. She is enrolled in the R.N. to B.S.N. online program begun this fall at the University of Arkansas and expects to graduate in August of 2013. She plans to continue her education at the university in the Master of Science in Nursing program concentrating in the area of nurse educator.

Henley graduated from NorthWest Arkansas Community College in 2007 with an associate’s degree in nursing. She was president of her class as well as student liaison to nursing faculty and graduated with honors.

As a registered nurse, Henley has experience in the emergency department and intensive care unit at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. Additionally, she has worked in a women’s clinic in Rogers. Currently, she also volunteers at the Fayetteville Free Clinic.
