MyDocs Unavailable; Work Being Done to Restore Service
Access to MyDocs, including through WebDocs, is currently unavailable. Early afternoon on Friday, Feb. 8, IT Services took MyDocs out of service in an attempt to resolve a technical issue. IT Services has since opened a critical 24/7 trouble ticket with Microsoft. IT Services technical staff will be working around the clock with Microsoft until the issue is resolved.
