Exchange Mobile Device Issues Reported

Some Exchange users have reported email applications on mobile devices appear to stop sending and receiving messages. All mobile devices and Windows 8 native email applications are affected. Outlook and Outlook Web App, however, are not affected.

IT Services has opened a case with Microsoft to resolve what appears to be an ActiveSync issue. IT Services continues to work to resolve this issue and will provide updates as they become available.

Exchange users who experience this problem may wish to try force quitting the email application and restarting their mobile device. For assistance, contact the Help Desk at 479-575-2905.
