Small Group Personal Training Summer Program

Looking to reach your fitness and wellness goals here on campus? Decreased body fat percentage by 5 percent, increased strength by 40 percent, and decreased blood pressure and waist and hip circumferences are the results seen from the spring 2013 small group training program participants.

Due to the great success of the spring program University Recreation will be offering a summer small group personal training program. The summer small group personal training program will combine instruction from certified personal trainers with specialized equipment that provide an effective, whole-body workout that builds muscle and burns calories through strength and movement training. This program provides the opportunity for seven workouts per week, two private fitness assessments, and weekly educational newsletters on fitness and wellness topics. If you are looking to increase strength, endurance, and functionality while expanding your wellness education and toning up for summer this is the program for you!
