HR to Host Diabetes Academy on July 22

On Monday, July 22, University Human Resources will be hosting a Diabetes Academy presented by the Diabetes Education Program with Novo Nordisk. Lisa Roling, a certified diabetes educator with Novo Nordisk, will present an hour program to assist in making healthy food choices.

This seminar will provide information on carb counting and meal planning. Participants will learn and discuss how proper diet can control diabetes and prevent complications. This seminar will be from 10-11 a.m. in the Arkansas Union, Room 504. If you are interested in attending, please register online by following this link to the Employee Development Training Calendar.
