Workshop Registration Available for Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors

Registration is now available for the HR sponsored workshop "Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors," a professional development program taught by Teresa Ray, president of NWA Executive Coaching Solutions. Successfully coaching employees can help build trust within teams while improving employee engagement. This program will cover how supervisors and managers can develop essential coaching skills that will help their employees reach their peak performance. Among other things, participants will learn how to use structured coaching models; the differences between coaching, training, and mentoring; how to foster mutual trust and respect with coaching skills; how to utilize different methods for problem solving.

This workshop is divided into two parts: The first session will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 5 and the second session will be held from 1-5 p.m. Sept. 26. Registration is available by following this link to the Employee Development Training Calendar and registering will automatically enroll participants in both sessions. The cost of the program is $272 per person. Seating is limited for this program, so interested participants should apply early.

Registration ends at 5 p.m. Aug. 29.
