Facing the Challenge of Change Workshop Registration Open

On Wednesday, Sept. 11, the Arkansas Employee Assistance Program will be on campus to provide a workshop on facing the challenges that come from change.

Change is all around us and is moving at a fast pace. In the midst of those changes, it can be difficult to take time to evaluate our response and focus our approach. This workshop, utilizing the Facing the Challenge of Change video, is designed to address the coping skills necessary to avoid burn-out, acting out, and serious illness. Discussion will include practical steps to deal with the stress that can come with change.

Come prepared to learn the best ways to face change, whether it's at work or home, good or bad. The workshop will run from 2-4 p.m. and will be held in room 504 of the Arkansas Union. If you are interested in attending, please sign up online through the Employee Development Training Calendar, or contact Andrew Chandler.
