Ups and Downs? Get Help From Your Employee Assistance Program

We all experience ups and downs in life, and sometimes we resolve these issues with the help of friends or family. Sometimes however, it helps to talk with an experienced counselor and visiting with a counselor of the Employee Assistance Program is easy.

The EAP counselor can help you sort things out and get to the heart of the problem. It is a “here and now” problem-solving approach to resolve the situation. Issues you can discuss with the counselor include stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, family and parenting problems, alcohol and other dependencies, bereavement and other losses, and workplace relationships just to name a few.

The Employee Assistance Program offers male and female counselors as well as evening hours. The program's office is located at 300 N. College Ave. on the corner of College and Dickson in Suite 201E. Call for your appointment at 1-800-542- 6021 today!
