Razorback Rd. to Leroy Pond Drive Will be Closed Starting Saturday

<>Fochtman Enterprises, contractors for the City of Fayetteville, will close Razorback Rd. from Mitchell St. to Nettleship St. and Leroy Pond Dr. from Razorback Rd. to Clinton Dr. beginning at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19 to install new water and sewer mains. This work is being done in preparation for the future widening of Razorback Rd. from Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to Nettleship St.

 

The street closing will extend through Tuesday, Oct. 22. The work will require closing Razorback Rd. (between MLK and Nettleship) to all through traffic during this time. Detour routes will be marked. Leroy Pond Dr. will be closed to through traffic, but access will be available from Clinton Dr. to Lot 60 and Lot 62.

The City of Fayetteville and University of Arkansas appreciate everyone's cooperation and understanding as the work is performed in this area.
