Section of Administrative Services Building Parking Lot Closed by Construction

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – A section of the metered parking lot on the east side of the Administrative Services Building is expected to be closed at least until Tuesday, Dec. 10. The entrance to the lot from Razorback Rd. is blocked and the parking spaces on the east side of the lot are not accessible.

The Administrative Services Building houses U of A Parking and Transit offices, the University Police Department, and IT Services offices.

A City of Fayetteville contractor is relocating water and sewer mains to prepare for the future widening of S. Razorback Rd. Workers are digging by hand in order to locate utility lines, such as fiber and phone lines, to avoid damaging them.
