Students: Apply to Be Treasurer for SOOIE Organization

SOOIE, the Student Organization Outreach and Involvement Experience, is looking for a treasurer, and applications are now available. Candidates must meet co-curricular eligibility guidelines, including full-time status, cumulative GPA of 2.25 or above, and absence of judicial probation. 

Duties of the SOOIE treasurer include working with SOOIE adviser on the budget, working with the ASG treasurer and Financial Affairs Committee on RSO funding information, and attending weekly ASG Financial Affairs meetings. 

Students interested can pick up an application at the office of student activities (ARKU A665) or visit osa.uark.edu to print a form. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Jan. 28 to the office of student activities.  For any questions, please call 479-575-5255.
