The University of Arkansas is now enrolling participants for a new study with the goal of establishing questionnaires to predict normal daily nutrient intake.

The researchers seek healthy men and women interested in learning more about their daily nutrient intake.

The study will take place over four weeks and require that participants visit the Human Performance Laboratory in Room 321 of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building on 12 occasions for a total of about 7 hours.

Participants will receive a personal nutritional analysis, a body composition determination by a DEXA scan, knowledge of personal hydration status and $150 compensation.
