Registration Open for Graduate Student Research Competition
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Graduate students will have the opportunity to showcase their research in the seventh-annual “From Abstract to Contract” graduate research poster competition. The contest is designed so that students may gain experience preparing a poster display and presenting research in a formal setting.
Participants will be evaluated on the appearance of their posters as well as their ability to represent and answer questions about their research. First place winners will be awarded $200, and students who place second will be awarded $100. All graduate students are encouraged to participate. Registration for the contest is open until Sept. 30.
“From Abstract to Contract” will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14 in Mullins Library and will serve as the culmination of Graduate Education Week.
