Psychological Clinic: Opportunity for Specialize Treatment Services for Children, Adolescents

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The University of Arkansas Psychological Clinic is offering therapy services and psychological evaluation for children and adolescents. Assessment and therapy services are offered for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, attention and behavior problems, or interpersonal difficulties. This semester we have several openings for children and adolescents on two child/adolescent treatment teams led by experienced clinical child faculty psychologists.

The Psychological Clinic is able to offer psychological assessments and therapy services at a significantly reduced cost in part because the direct service providers are skilled graduate-level psychologists in training supervised by faculty members, all of whom are licensed clinical psychologists.

The U of A Psychological Clinic, located in Memorial Hall at the intersection of Maple Street and Leverett Avenue, provides a variety of services including individual psychotherapy for children and adults, marital and couples counseling, family therapy, intellectual, educational, or developmental testing, personality and psychosocial assessment.

The U of A Psychological Clinic is the training and research facility of the Department of Psychology’s Doctoral Clinical Training Program, which is accredited by the American Psychological Association.

To schedule an intake appointment or learn more about the clinic’s services, please contact the clinic secretary at 479-575-4258. Weekday and evening appointment are available.
