FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- As you’re Calling All Hogs Home and enjoying the traditional spirited Homecoming competitions this week, we hope you’ll also help us celebrate "Thank a Donor Day at the U of A" today.

The campus community is invited to stop by the Union Mall between 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. to show their appreciation for the thousands of alumni, friends, parents, faculty, staff and even students who support the University of Arkansas financially each year. Gifts of all sizes make a difference and impact all aspects of the Arkansas experience, from scholarships and study abroad to each college and club.

The 4th annual Thank a Donor Day event is sponsored by the Class Gift Council and the Student Alumni Association. You won’t want to miss opportunities to:

  • Sign a gigantic thank you card and banner for the Homecoming parade;
  • Record a video message or write a personal thank you note;
  • Win prizes at the Selfie Station and in the Hashtag Frenzy; and
  • Earn Homecoming points and enjoy beverages, courtesy of Pepsi.
  • Members of the Student Alumni Association can also pick up a Homecoming t-shirt and a free pair of Keds while supplies last.

Join in the fun and help us make this year’s Thank a Donor Day the best yet by using #uarkthanks and #callingallhogs.  It’s all about having an attitude of gratitude!
