Area Emergency Teams to Conduct Hazardous Materials Training Near Baum Stadium

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Emergency fire, medical and hazardous materials teams from six local agencies will be taking part in a training exercise at the railroad tracks in the Baum Stadium East parking lot on the south side of the University of Arkansas campus.

The exercise will begin at approximately 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13 and continue until approximately 4:30 p.m.

Traffic in the area may at times be affected by the activity, but this is only a simulated exercise and there will be no danger to the public.
