Reminder: New Online Survey Features Added to Qualtrics

All students, faculty and staff have access to new online survey features as part of the campuswide Qualtrics site license.

The new features are being piloted by IT Services through June 30, 2015, and may be re-licensed if there is sufficient interest.

The following features have been added to Qualtrics:

  • File Upload: Allow participants to upload files in response to questions
  • Qualtrics Offline Surveys: Administer surveys and gather responses offline using a smartphone app
  • Advanced Quotas: Use advanced quota options, including cross logic quotas, multiple match handling and a public quota dashboard
  • Screen Out Reporting: Generate reports and manage incomplete survey responses
  • Table of Contents: Include a table of contents menu in a survey
  • Salesforce Integration: Integrate Qualtrics surveys with Salesforce events

More information about online surveys is available at its.uark.edu/research/surveys or by contacting ting@uark.edu.
