Registration Open for an Adobe Photoshop CS6 Part 1 Computer Training Class Feb. 3

Registration is open for an Adobe Photoshop CS6 Part 1 class Tuesday, Feb. 3, which provides hands-on, instructor-led computer training from the University of Arkansas Global Campus.

The Photoshop class is set for 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 3, at the Global Campus, 2 E. Center St., on the downtown Fayetteville square. Participants can register online. The cost is $199, but U of A faculty, staff and students pay $149.

An instructor from Saatchi & Saatchi X, a Springdale marketing agency with international clients, will teach this course. It is the first of two Photoshop training classes. Part 1 establishes a foundation for navigating the Photoshop environment and effectively using Photoshop tools to work with photographic images. It helps participants get the most of their Photoshop experience. Participants can experience the full power of Photoshop by learning how to customize the workspace, manage image elements and formats and save images for various output.
