The Staff Senate Scholarship was established to promote and encourage staff development through higher education in undergraduate and graduate studies. Over the program's history, over 70 staff members have received scholarship support for their degrees. These scholarships are made possible by individual donations to the scholarship fund.

Faculty and staff can directly help support the continued education of campus staff by contributing to the Red, White & True campaign. Your donation can be earmarked specifically for the Staff Senate Endowed Scholarship Fund. Any contribution amount is appreciated and will help advance staff and the university mission. Commitments will need to be made by Friday, April 24. For more information on how to donate, please visit the Red, White & True website at annualfund.uark.edu/facultystaff.php.

If you are a staff member interested in applying for a scholarship, applications will be accepted starting May 1. You can visit the Staff Senate web site at staffsenate.uark.edu/45.php for the application details. Interested employees may also contact Elon Turner, scholarship committee chair, at sscholar@uark.edu.
