ROGERS, Ark. – Registration is open for a Microsoft Excel workshop Friday, May 15, that provides hands-on, instructor-led computer training from the University of Arkansas Global Campus.

This advanced level Excel class is set for 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Global Campus facility at 2 E. Center St. on the Fayetteville square. Participants can register online. The cost is $159, but U of A faculty, staff, students and Alumni Association members pay $99. Seating is limited to 12 people.

Hands-on instruction will be led by Microsoft Master Certified instructors using Microsoft Office Specialist courseware, and a textbook is included. It is the final workshop in a three-part series for Excel training. Participation in the previous two workshops is not a prerequisite, and those with equivalent knowledge are welcome to register.

Part 3 expands on participants' intermediate Excel training and provides them with marketable job skills. Participants will learn to work with multiple worksheets and workbooks simultaneously, share and protect workbooks, automate workbook functionality, apply conditional logic, and more.
