New Videoconferencing App Now Available

Faculty, staff and students can initiate, conduct or participate in videoconferences at no cost using the university standard LifeSize. Mobile and desktop access is available using a new LifeSize Video app.

LifeSize Video is now available for download at clearsea.uark.edu/download. To request an account, contact Mike Duncan at the Faculty Technology Center at mduncan@uark.edu or 479-575-7401.

Users who previously installed the LifeSize ClearSea mobile and desktop app will need to install the new application at clearsea.uark.edu/download. There is no change to the way users log into the videoconferencing application.

The new LifeSize Video service includes a user-friendly, single-window interface, meeting planner, calendar and email guest invites. Learn more about videoconferencing at its.uark.edu/classroom/videoconferencing.
