Emergency Network Maintenance Could Affect Internet and Online Services, July 19

IT Services will perform emergency network maintenance from 6 to 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 19, to resolve a software issue on the campus firewall. During the maintenance, on-campus Internet access, as well as UARK online services, including email, Blackboard Learn, ISIS, the university Web presence, online forms and file shares, could be intermittently unavailable for up to 30 minutes.

Due to this emergency maintenance, the Band Hall distribution switch maintenance previously scheduled at 7 a.m. on Sunday has been rescheduled, but will be completed by noon. The Band Hall network maintenance announcement is available at http://its.uark.edu/news/2015/0716-brief-network-outage-in-some-buildings-during-maintenance-july-19.php.
