Arkansas Alumni Association Welcomes Associate Executive Director

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Dale Green has been named the new associate executive director of the Arkansas Alumni Association, effective Aug. 18.

In his new role, Green will report directly to Brandy Cox, associate vice chancellor for alumni and executive director of the Arkansas Alumni Association. He will be responsible for leading the communication strategies and managing the programmatic and outreach areas of the association including membership, chapters and constituent engagement.

"We are thrilled to have Dale Green join our team at the Arkansas Alumni Association," said Cox. "Dale brings both higher education and corporate experience. His leadership in managing the day to day programmatic operations of the alumni association will be a tremendous asset as we continue to build our collaborations across campus."

Green most recently worked as a development officer for the College of Liberal and Applied Arts at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Prior roles at that university also included interim executive director of alumni relations and director of marketing and membership.

His corporate experience includes time as the vice president and director of training for the Elkins Training Company in Santa Rosa, California, and a sales representative for Houston Wire and Cable Company in Houston and Baton Rouge.

Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an advertising and public relations emphasis from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Business Administration from California State University - Sonoma. He and his wife have two children.
