Informational Meeting About Study Abroad in Ireland Set for Monday
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Students studying teacher education at the University of Arkansas are invited to attend an informational meeting Monday about a two-week, faculty-led study abroad experience in Ireland after the spring semester.
The meeting is scheduled for 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, Room 343, Graduate Education Building.
Applications for the program are being taken now, and information is available on the Office of Study Abroad & International Exchange website.
The University of Limerick and University College Dublin in Ireland will host the students, who will visit two primary schools. They will interact with kindergarten through sixth-grade students and their teachers in several classroom settings.
