Staff Senate Announces the University of Arkansas Part-Time Employee Recipient for 2015

Congratulations to Joshua Watson for being awarded the Part-Time Employee of the Year.  Joshua Watson currently serves as a technical service assistant in the Fulbright College IT Support department. 

He provides IT support for more than 1,800 faculty and staff, 20 academic departments and 200 teaching and learning locations with technology. He has been working for the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences for three years.

  • Watson consistently goes above and beyond his required duties in every aspect of his job.
  • Watson takes pride in his work and refuses to give up when faced with overwhelming obstacles.
  • He has an excellent work ethic and is dedicated to customer service that he provides to all his clients. 

The campus community is invited to join Staff Senate at its regular monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, in Arkansas Union 509-510, where Watson will be honored with a certificate and monetary award.
