Arkansas Union Help Desk Temporarily Relocated

During an extended closure of the Arkansas Union, the walk-up IT Services Help Desk will be relocated to the Faculty Technology Center (Gibson Annex) and open during regular business hours. Phone support will continue to be available at 479-575-2905.

The Arkansas Union computer lab and Student Technology Center will be closed from 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19, until 7 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 11, while the building is closed for electrical upgrades. Equipment checked out from the Student Tech Center must be returned by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17.

The GACL mini lab in the Administrative Services Building on Razorback Road will continue to be available 24/7 during the holiday break. Other computer labs will be unavailable while the university is closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 3.
