Three Minute Thesis Preliminary Heats Scheduled for Feb. 8-12
The University of Arkansas Graduate School is hosting preliminary heats next week for its first annual Three Minute Thesis competition. The academic contest challenges graduate students to summarize their thesis or dissertation research within three minutes to a general audience.
The preliminary heats will be held in each of the academic colleges Feb. 8-12. First- and second-place winners will receive monetary prizes. The first-place winners will advance to a university-wide final on March 11.
The schedule for next week's events is detailed below. All members of the campus community are welcome to attend.
