The National Residence Hall Honorary, or NRHH, is an honorary society made up of the top 1 percent of on-campus leaders.

The Tau Alpha Epsilon Chapter at the University of Arkansas is looking for new members. The deadline to apply or nominate a new member is March 1.

Members do many service projects on campus, including RA Appreciation Week and Campus Cigarette Butt Cleanups.

NRHH will support Hogs for Hope by forming a team for the Dance Marathon benefitting the Arkansas Children's Hospital on March 12th.

Members also participate in three residential life conferences designed to foster student leadership skills. The society raises money so members can attend these conferences for free.

"One of our symbols is the diamond. Arkansas is the only state in the Union to have an active diamond mine, the strongest and most precious mineral. It seems fitting that some of the strongest and most unique leaders thrive at the University of Arkansas.," NRHH President Samantha Brandeberry said.

NRHH Membership Requirements:

  • Live on campus during selection year
  • Complete one semester at the university
  • 2.75 Grade Point Average upon induction
  • Exhibit outstanding leadership and service in the residence hall system.
