Exercise Science Student to Present Research on Fatty Liver Disease

Megan Rosa, a University of Arkansas master's student in exercise science, will present "Autophagy Regulation after Diet and Exercise in Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease" from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, in Room 311 of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building.
The presentation is part of the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation Research Seminar Series. The seminars are free and open to the public. The series is intended to expose students and faculty to research being conducted in the department.
Rosa is a member of the Integrative Muscle Metabolism Laboratory directed by Nicholas Greene, assistant professor of exercise science in the College of Education and Health Professions. Greene's lab is part of the Human Performance Laboratory on campus.
