Leadership Certificate Program

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Professionals can learn to maximize the dynamic leadership skills necessary for success in today's workplace by enrolling in a two-day leadership certificate program offered Thursday and Friday, Mar. 10-11, by the Global Campus in Rogers.

Participants will meet face-to-face from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. both days in Suite 402 at 3300 Market Street.

Registration is available online. The cost is $875. A group rate of $475 per person is available for groups of three or more who register at the same time. A 10 percent discount is available to University of Arkansas faculty, staff, students and Alumni Association members, Junior League of Northwest Arkansas members, and Center for Retailing Excellence and Information Technology Research Institute Board member companies.

Buster Arnwine, vice president of sales for Reckitt Benckiser, will instruct the Leadership Certificate Program. After successfully serving in various supply chain roles at both Unilever and RB, Arnwine moved to the sales and marketing side of the business in 2010. He has worked as trade manager for Lysol, sales director for Sam's Club and trade director for U.S. Healthcare.

The first day of the program will cover leadership style, the Birkman Method and organizational behavior. Day two will cover verbal and written communications, negotiation and influence. For a full course description, visit the program webpage.
