Possible Blackboard Learn Outage May Occur During Maintenance Window on March 5

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – University of Arkansas students, faculty and staff may experience intermittent Blackboard Learn availability between 1-5 a.m. on Saturday, March 5. Blackboard will perform maintenance to its data centers during this time. This will not change the Blackboard Learn environment for users.

In general, contact the Blackboard Learn Help Desk at 479-575-6804 or bbhelp@uark.edu for assistance. The Help Desk is available Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m-5 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 6-11 p.m. Assistance is available in person at Gibson Annex Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
