UAConnect Upgrade Scheduled

In January, the UAConnect team kicked off a series of upgrades that will culminate in an enhanced student information system in late 2017.  The next phase of this series will be put in place over the weekend when UAConnect is updated to PeopleTools 8.55. In order to complete this upgrade, the system will be unavailable for a period of time.

On Thursday, March 24, UAConnect will be locked to all users at 6 p.m. The system will be available for use again at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 27. The reporting system will be available to users at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29.

This PeopleTools upgrade focuses on the technical side of UAConnect and lays the foundation for a number of system enhancements scheduled over the next two years. While functionality will not change with this upgrade, users may notice some subtle difference in the look and behavior of the system.

UAConnect and UAConnect Reporting users are encouraged to make plans now for the scheduled down times of both systems. Notification will be posted at facebook.com/uaconnect and twitter.com/uaconnect1 when the systems are once again available to users.
