German M.A. candidate John Huber was selected for the international program "KoPrA: Kompetenzentwicklung der Kommunikationsstrategien, Präsentationstechniken und Aussprachetraining" (Development of communication strategies, presentation techniques, and pronunciation training).

The seminar takes place in Leipzig from June 30-July 29 and focuses on helping future teachers develop pedagogical strategies based on immersion coursework conducted entirely in German. A grant from the Transatlantik‐Programm der Bundesrepublik Deutschland through funds of the European Recovery Program of the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie, administered by the American Association of Teachers of German, covers all expenses of participants.
