Ingredion Inc. Business Scientist to Present Seminar in Food Science Department

Callen Sistrunk, business scientist for batter and breading and meat applications at Ingredion Inc., will present a seminar at 2 p.m. Monday, May 2nd, in the Food Science Department, Room D1, 2650 N. Young Avenue.

Seminar topic will be "Starches and Hydrocolloids in Meat and Batter & Breading Applications." Discussion will include meat products including sausages, meat patties and injected & tumbled poultry products and battered & breaded products.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
