The Razorback Yearbook Is Hiring Staff

The Razorback yearbook is now accepting applications for writer, photographer, and designer positions for the 2016-17 yearbook staff.

Designer

Designers are responsible for putting the yearbook together, which takes quite a bit of creativity. After choosing a template to work from, designers insert photos and stories, write captions and headlines, and so much more! This position requires the time commitment to get assignments completed before deadlines, and pays at an hourly rate.

Writer

Writers are the voice of the yearbook. They are offered assignments each deadline and can accept as many or as few assignments as they want. They are responsible for suggesting story ideas, conducting interviews, collecting information, producing well-written content, and submitting it to the editor on time. The hours for this position are very flexible. This position pays per published story.

Photographer

Photographers are the heart of the yearbook. They are offered assignments each deadline and can accept as many or as few assignments as they want. They are responsible for attending events, shooting assignments as well as getting photos from around campus, and collecting information from the people in their photos. The hours for this position are very flexible. The position pays per published photo.
