The 18th annual Staff Celebration Picnic and Vendor Fair is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19, at the Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

Each year, the Staff Senate plans and hosts this event to honor the hard-working staff of the university, utilizing donations from local vendors and businesses. Many food options will be available, as well as a vendor fair and door prizes. The University of Arkansas staff are incredible and this is a wonderful time to say thanks!

During the picnic, university administrators, coaches, and faculty leaders will assist as Guest Servers to show their support of the U of A staff. Razorback Transit Charters will run multiple stops on campus to facilitate transportation to the stadium. Gates 1 and 16 will be open. Additionally, Lots 72 & 73 will be available for parking during the event and will not require a UA permit for parking during the picnic hours. Razorback Charters will also be running a shuttle van between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. providing pick-up and drop-off at the following locations Facilities Management office (Key Office on Mitchell Street), Hotz Hall, Pat Walker Health Center, Waterman Hall, Old Main, Graduate Education Building, Bell Engineering, and the Harmon Avenue Parking Facility.

Staff Senate would like to thank these local vendors for their generous donations: Arkansas Union, Athletic Facilities, Cargill, Catfish Hole, Chartwell's Dining Service, cAke, Shorty's Deli and Meat Market, Razorback Foundation, Razorback Licensing, Razorback Equipment, Lewis and Clark, Jeremy McAtee, Lowe's, Walton College, NuWorldbeauty, Helen of Troy, Facilities Management, Washington County Sherriff's Office, Golden Corral, HARP's, Highland Dairy, Jason's Deli, Pepsi, Sodexo, Sonic, The Company Store, McKee Food, Corp., Razorback Charters (Transit and Parking), Sam's Club, and McAllister's Deli.
