UARK Wi-Fi Network Now Available On Campus

Wi-Fi just got easier! Starting today, students, faculty and staff will need to connect their mobile devices to the new wireless network called "UARK Wi-Fi." The new network replaces UARK 2G and UARK 5G, and it provides a more modern and reliable connection to the internet. Detailed setup instructions for Windows, Mac and mobile devices are available at its.uark.edu/wireless.

Campus guests who do not have UARK accounts can connect to the UARK Guest Wi-Fi network using any email address. Visitors from participating institutions can connect to the eduroam network.

This change has been implemented as part of the Achieve IT: Network Everywhere project to improve Wi-Fi access on campus. For more information on the Wi-Fi project and a chance to provide feedback, visit Network Everywhere on the Campus IT website.
